#HereToBeHeard is a global initiative we launched earlier this year. We listened to 10,000-plus women across 88 countries, to amplify women’s voices across all intersections—including race, age, sexuality, religion, disability, and more. Listen, learn, and do more. 

We've partnered with leading pet welfare experts and organizations to create the State of Pet Homelessness Index, a scientific breakdown across the world of where and why pets go without homes. Through this deeper, empirical understanding of the issue, we can fight it head on to create a better world for furry friends everywhere. 
 

We have an aggressive plan to achieve Net Zero emissions across our full value chain by 2050. Our commitment includes all Scope 3 emissions from our farms and factories and those created by shipping, selling, or using our products and services. We’re implementing the immediate changes today that will impact our collective future tomorrow.​

There's no denying that COVID-19 fundamentally changed the way we all work. Moving forward, our plan is to reimagine how business can be done. From hybrid working, reduced travel, and new ways of collaborating, we can adjust our office operations to be better for our Associates and our business.
